Return Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We craft and pack each product with great care and hope you never have a reason to be anything but overjoyed with your purchase. Returns, exchanges or refunds are available in the case that the item is defective (damaged) upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery if something is wrong with your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the shipping box, the damaged item and a description of the damage to littlehedgehogtoys@gmail.com along with a picture of the damaged item/packaging. Damaged items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for reasons of preference for issues such as the size, design, or unique wood grain of the item as items are carefully listed and photographed for accuracy. Please be sure to check the listing description and photos thoroughly before ordering to avoid disappointment or unexpected issues with your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Items that are returned without the original packaging do not qualify for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

If you do initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we will take all necessary steps to protect our business, including providing evidence of our efforts to resolve the issue and disputing the chargeback with the relevant parties. Chargebacks can result in negative consequences for our business, including financial loss and damage to our reputation. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
