Orders can be made for any in-stock items during or after scheduled product releases, which occur once a month. Upcoming drop dates can be found at the top of any page on our website once they are scheduled. You can also sign up for our email list to receive these notifications. You may view our "Coming Next" collection for a restock preview. For opportunities to make pre-drop purchases, you may join our Little Hedgehog Burrow VIP Group on Facebook. We do not accept pre-orders, waitlist requests, or custom orders for any products.

CART LIMIT
To ensure that more people have a chance to enjoy our limited-production toys, we do not permit multiple purchases of the same item during product releases. Any orders containing multiples of the same item will be cancelled. All in-stock items are ready to ship and will be sent out within 1-3 business days.

COMBINING ORDERS
There are no refunds on shipping fees for multiple orders due to the extra processing time required. We hope that the low free shipping threshold helps to offset this.

PRODUCT RESELLING OR "FLIPPING"
We aim to provide an equal opportunity for all customers to enjoy our products. To maintain fairness and accessibility, customers are prohibited from purchasing more than one of the same product. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure as many people as possible have the opportunity to purchase our items and to prevent product reselling or “flipping” for a profit.

Violation of this policy may result in order cancellation and/or refusal of service at our sole discretion. While we do not actively monitor every reselling platform, we reserve the right to monitor and investigate any orders or activities we suspect to be in violation of this policies and take action if such behavior is brought to our attention.
